Berkeley alumni David Hao, lawyer, entrepreneur, and investor, is the founding principal of DHPC, one of the most sought-after specialized law firms in the GTA. The firm focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, financing, and corporate solutions. David is also the CEO of Kingscross Fund, a business venture dedicated to investing in secured residential mortgages in Canada.

After Berkeley, residing in Silicon Valley, David expanded his business by consulting and investing in many early-stage startups, a driving force and pivotal aspect of his practice.

Z Square Studio’s Role in DHPC’s Brand Evolution

• Logo Design & Corporate Identity Refresh
  Terrence, the creative director of Z Square Studio, originally designed the firm’s logo in 2009. After thirteen years, the firm reached out to Z Square Studio for a refreshed look of its corporate identity, ensuring the brand stays modern and impactful.

• Website Development & Platform Transition
  Z Square Studio built the firm’s website on the WordPress platform using the Astra theme. In alignment with the client’s preference, the website was later transferred to Wix with a similar looking redesign, maintaining the firm’s strong digital presence.
