Berkeley alumni David Hao, lawyer, entrepreneur, and investor is the founding principal of DHPC, one of the most sought after specialized law firms in the GTA. The firm focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, financing, and corporate solutions. He’s also the CEO of Kingscross Fund, a business venture dedicated to investing in secured residential mortgages in Canada. Post Berkeley, residing in Silicon Valley, David also grew his business of consulting and investing in many early-stage startups. To this day, this continues to be a driving force and pivotal aspect of his practice.

Terrence, the creative director of Z Square Studio, designed the firm logo in 2009. After thirteen years, the firm reached back to Z Square Studio for a refreshed looking of the corporate identity. 

Additionally, Z Square Studio built the firm website on the WordPress platform with Astra theme. For the client’s preference, the website had been transferred to Wix with the similar looking redesign.
